Products, prices and description
Vienosiulo.lt tries to provide as accurate a description of the product as possible, as well as related information.
Vienosiulo.lt shall not be liable for the fact that the shade or other parameters of the goods may differ slightly from the actual shade or other parameters of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the buyer.
When Vienosiulo.lt accepts orders for individual products, we will endeavour to produce a product as close as possible to the photograph or several photographs provided in the order. As the paintings (including the base) are made by hand, Vienosiulo.lt reserves the right to ensure visual conformity as far as possible by hand.
Prices for goods and services are quoted for the moment, while prices for individual orders are negotiated on an individual basis.
Vienosiulo.lt reserves the right to change descriptions and prices without notice, but such changes shall not apply to orders already placed and confirmed, i.e. orders which have been placed by the Customer and for which the Customer has been sent and/or otherwise provided with written confirmation of acceptance and execution of the order by Vienosiulo.lt. The Customer may consult the description and make a decision on placing an order.
The cost of a painting consists of the materials used for the work and packaging and the time involved.
Purchase and payment
Visitors to the Vienosiulo.lt online shop can choose the products and place an order. Customers must fill in all the required information on the order page. If it is an individual order, the customer must provide at least three photographs on which the order will be based.
Vienosiulo.lt accepts orders:
For existing works in our Gallery, the production time is up to 7 days.
For individual orders of paintings, the production time is within 2 days.
Payment for goods purchased from Vienosiulo.lt can be made by:
Bank transfer;
Electronic banking via Opay payment system;
Paypal system.
Data and payment security is guaranteed by the use of SSL certificate.
Collection / Delivery / Return Conditions
Free pick-up at our address in Vilnius is possible. Please contact us individually to arrange a free pick-up time.
Complaints by the Purchaser regarding the appearance and price of the painting must be made at the time of collection, and in the case of a delivery service, no later than 1 (one) working day after the delivery of the painting to the address indicated.
Complaints regarding the quality of the painting must be made by the Purchaser no later than 2 (two) days after the date of purchase, regardless of whether it has been collected by the producers of the One Thread or by means of a delivery service. The 2-day time limit shall be calculated from the moment of delivery of the goods (in the case of a delivery service) or from the moment of collection of the painting (in the case of a non-delivery service).
In Lithuania, we can deliver paintings to LP express post office and by courier (prices are given at the time of order). Usually the delivery time is 2-3 days.
Delivery is also possible abroad, but the price will depend on the customer’s country and will be negotiated on an individual basis.
The buyer undertakes to provide correct delivery details and to arrange to collect the goods at the address indicated.
If the delivery of the goods is not possible due to the Customer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the Customer’s control (the Customer has provided an incorrect address or contact telephone number when placing the order, the Customer or the recipient cannot be found at the address provided, the Customer cannot be contacted at the contact telephone number provided by the Customer, etc.), repeat orders will not be sent, and vienosiulo.lt will not refund the Customer’s money for undelivered goods.
The return of a Vienosiulo.lt painting is possible within 14 days, provided that it was purchased from our gallery and has not been damaged in any way, i.e.: not broken, the threads have not been damaged or broken, the hanging rope has not been dislodged, and the painting corresponds to its original appearance and quality. Custom paintings CANNOT be returned, as they are made according to the individual wishes of each customer.
Quality guarantee
Vienosiulo.lt guarantees the quality of the works.
If the painting was of poor quality at the time of purchase, Vienosiulo.lt undertakes, at the buyer’s option, to remedy the defect (repair the item) free of charge, or replace the defective item with an item of suitable quality free of charge, or to reduce the price accordingly, or to refund the price paid.
Vienosiulo.lt shall not be liable for damage to the goods due to improper transport, storage or use of the goods if the transport, storage, use is carried out on the Customer’s own initiative.
The Customer shall not irresponsibly and roughly touch the threads of the painting, causing irreparable damage. If the painting is to be hung on a wall, the Buyer must ensure that the painting is properly hung, i.e. that the wall is fitted with a solid support object (several or one nail, screw or bolt) for the suspension of the rope, as the painting weighs as much as 3,5 kg. Vienosiulo.lt shall not be liable for any damage to the painting (if the painting falls down) or changes in the quality of the painting caused by the Client’s failure to comply with the above instructions.
Validity of the Terms of Use
Vienosiulo.lt has the right to change, amend or supplement the Terms and Conditions for important reasons (due to changes in laws and/or legal regulations, changes in market conditions or other objective reasons, etc.). If the Customer had placed an order prior to the change in the Terms, the Customer shall be bound by the Terms as they existed prior to such change and the Customer’s order shall be fulfilled on such terms. The Customer is advised to familiarise themselves with the version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of placing an order by ticking the special box before placing each order.
Prior to the confirmation of the order, Vienosiulo.lt shall inform the Customer of all conditions and terms related to the execution of the order, including but not limited to the following information: final price, final composition and appearance of the product, weight, if applicable, delivery terms and conditions, and other conditions and possibilities of collection. The Customer may cancel/terminate the placing of an order at any stage of the order process. The Customer shall have the right to cancel the order 3 days or more before the order is due for collection (i.e. before production of the product has started). In this case, the Customer shall be released from the obligation to pay for the product, and if the Customer has paid for the product, Vienosiulo.lt shall refund the money paid to the Customer within 5 working days.
Any disagreement between the Parties shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement within 30 (thirty) calendar days, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.13In case the Client disagrees with the response provided by Vienosiulo.lt to the Client’s written claim, the Client may submit his/her request/complaint to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail: [email protected], phone: 85 262 67 51, website: www.vvtat.lt (also to the territorial units of the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority in the districts), or fill out the request form on the EGS platform here.
