How do I choose photos for a painting?
This is the most important aspect of the whole process!
If you commission a portrait, try to choose the best quality photos possible. The face should be clear, sharp, close-up and without any shadows falling. In other words, shadows in the production process can just turn into a black spot and the final result will not look good 🙂 Please read our guide: how to choose the right photos
How do I order my individual work?
The first thing you should do is decide what it will be. A portrait of a person or an animal, or any other image you want. Once you’ve chosen a photo or a few, upload them in the Custom Order section and add them to your basket. Once you’ve ordered a visualisation – you’ll receive a sample of the image in your email as it might look in reality. ATTENTION: This amount will be deducted from the price of the painting if you are satisfied with the result of the visualisation and order the painting.
And if you don’t want to waste time and you trust us completely, you can order a painting without visualisation immediately and we will start producing it as soon as we receive your order 🙂
Where can I place my order and send photos?
The easiest way to place an order is to place an order in the Individual Order section.

What is the cost of ordering?
Visualisation price – 5€. You will receive up to three options (depending on how many photos you upload). If you decide after submitting the visualisation that you want a painting, the amount of the visualisation will be deducted from the price of the painting and it will be free of charge.
The price of a fully produced individual painting starts from €120.
How is the production of a painting?
- Before we start, we prepare the substrate, i.e. we hand-paint the MDF board. Afterwards, we attach a strong rope to the already dry substrate for hanging the picture.
- The next step is to hammer the nails evenly in a circle. We usually use 200 galvanised nails. There – the base is ready.
- Now we need to process, retouch and crop the image properly to make it suitable for the algorithm.
- This is followed by the creation of a mathematical algorithm based on the prepared image. Using the algorithm’s sequence of numbers, we start winding the yarn onto the nails by hand. Sometimes several kilometres of thread are wound.
- After 6-8 hours of unravelling, we can admire the painting!
How long does the whole production process take?
The production of a painting can take up to 5-7 working days, excluding shipping time.
What is the size and weight of the picture?
At the moment, we produce only one standard.
Picture size: 60cm x 60cm; drawing size: 55cm x 55cm; weight: 3,5kg

What is the possible delivery method?
In Lithuania, we can deliver to an LP express post office or by courier. Delivery prices range from €5 to €13, depending on which method you choose. Delivery time is usually 2-3 days. Free pick-up is also possible in Vilnius, at a location specified by us, by individual arrangement.
Can I be sent abroad?
Yes, it’s possible, but it’s not free. The buyer would have to pay this amount (depending on the country to which the painting will be sent)
